It’s wonderful that there’s so many options now: in-person, remote or hybrid methods for online learning, onboarding and corporate trainings. I especially enjoy collaborating with instructional teams that cater to the K-12 system. As an award-winning school volunteer, I loved being there the moment the learner had an “ah-ha” moment.
